I would like to change my Logout form.  Where is it located?

Is it the Joomla logout form? If so it's in the Joomla files somewhere.

It's not the Joomla logout, it is OR logout, which comes up after logging in through Joomla and I have been unable to disable.

There have been other posts on this forum on how to correct the same problem and those have not been answered either.
