I am very confused. Trying to follow the instructions for installation of OpenRealty and then CMS Realty. Getting tired and frustrated. Now instructions say I am to modify httaccess file and change the XYZ to some item number. WHAT? Could someone please explain what I am doing when I change this file and what item number I should be looking to replace XYS with? This would be very helpful.

Well dude, I was just like you, I think that only need to be change if you use the SEF or SET no remember hahaha...

I didnt change anything on the .httaccess and it works fine for me, I dont have the friendly url but still works...

Well, in Joomla menu manager, create a CMS realty links for the view all listings and searchresults, when these links are created, Joomla will assign them an Item ID. No in your .htaccess, replace XYZ with those item id's. That should get you going in the right direction.

I am confused too, couse when I ve changed everything, my website has gone! ... So I had to bring everything back. At least, website is working now 
I have placed my question about .httaccess into many different forums with no luck really... If anyone can give us any advice, will really appreaciate it. Thanks.
