CMS Realty is a Joomla component that provides a bridge betwen Joomla and Open-Realty®.

CMS Realty integrates the Open-Realty® Listing Management System with the Joomla Content Management System. Combining the best Content Management System with the best Listing Management System provides a powerful and flexible website solution for real estate agents, agencies and portals.

The component has the following features:
Released under the GPL.
Code is fully open source (no encryption).
Full user sync between Joomla and OR.
Works with Joomla and OR SEF.
Works with all SEF components. Since CMS Realty uses the OR SEF links, there is no need for a special extension for the SEF component. Just set the SEF component to ignore/sikip CMS Realty.
Inserts Open-Realty®  meta tags into the Joomla template.
No changing or replacing any Open-Realty® or Joomla files.
Open-Realty® admin screen is incorporated into the Joomla admin area.

Modules are available to display featured listings, random listings, and a quick search form.
